Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from ZIC Trading LLC through zicstore.com. They supplement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons such as inventory unavailability, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or quantity limits. Any amount collected for a cancelled item will be refunded.
Prices and promotions
The price displayed at checkout is the purchase price, excluding any taxes, duties, or shipping charges separately disclosed. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order and will give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.
Payment
Payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed by Shopify or other authorized payment providers. You authorize us and our providers to charge the total shown at checkout. Orders may be subject to verification or fraud screening.
Availability and substitutions
Products are subject to availability. We will not substitute a materially different item without your consent. If an item becomes unavailable, we may cancel that item and issue a refund.
Shipping and delivery
Available destinations, methods, charges, and delivery estimates appear at checkout and are further described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law; nothing in these Terms shifts risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory law.
Order changes and cancellation
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
Returns and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exceptions in our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Taxes, duties, and international purchases
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout when required. For international orders, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country unless checkout states they are included.
Personal use and resale
Unless expressly agreed in writing, products are sold for end use and not for unauthorized resale. We may reasonably limit quantities or cancel orders that appear intended for fraudulent or unauthorized commercial resale.
Product use
Follow all product instructions, warnings, maintenance requirements, and applicable laws. Do not use a product for a purpose for which it was not designed. Product-specific warranties, if offered, will be stated with the product or supplied by the manufacturer.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a legal guarantee, cooling-off right, repair, replacement, refund, or other protection that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
