Cancellation policy

ZIC does not currently offer recurring subscription products. No purchase will renew automatically unless the product page and checkout clearly identify it as a subscription and show the recurring price, billing frequency, minimum commitment, cancellation method, and other material terms before you place the order.

If subscriptions are introduced

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method selected at checkout according to the schedule disclosed before purchase. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed as required.

You may cancel a subscription before the next scheduled charge through the method shown in your customer account or by contacting 626452629@qq.com. A cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an order already processed or shipped. Eligible returns and refunds remain subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

We will provide notice of material subscription changes when required by law. If product-specific subscription terms conflict with this policy, the more specific terms disclosed before purchase will apply, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
