These Terms of Service govern your use of zicstore.com and the products and services offered by ZIC Trading LLC (“ZIC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process transactions. Your use of Shopify-powered features may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy practices.
3. Product information
We try to present product descriptions, specifications, colors, measurements, availability, and images accurately. Display colors and appearance may vary by device, and minor product or packaging updates may occur. If an item materially differs from its description, contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law and our Refund Policy.
4. Prices and orders
Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or unauthorized resale. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

The ZIC name, branding, site design, text, graphics, photographs, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to ZIC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 10. Feedback and submissions
If you voluntarily submit product feedback or other non-confidential material, you grant ZIC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate, improve, and promote the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You remain responsible for ensuring that your submission does not violate another person's rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties, if any, are those expressly stated with the product or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ZIC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services or your material violation of these Terms.
14. Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where required.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
